Our Roof Tile sealant protects surfaces such as concrete, clay and asbestos roofing tiles, mineral shingles and vertical tiles. Our sealant comes with a 10 year manufacturers guarantee.

The effects of weathering and pollution not only spoils the aesthetic appearance of your property but causes roof tiles to become porous after approximately 20 years of their life and consequently the formation of moss, fungi, lichens and moisture retention increases weight and stress on the roof structure.

Roof tiles begin to spall through ageing and frost damage and, together with the debris thrown off from fungicidal contamination, gutters and drainage channels become blocked. Soiled roofing can cause a build up of rain water allowing it to penetrate below the overlaps so that the roof is no longer water tight. The application of Nu-Tech roof tile coating to your deteriorating roof provides the following benefits:

Application for Roof tile coating:

1. We will cover all down spouts, with mesh to prevent blocking and then clean all roof tiles with pressure washer.
2. Make an inspection of roof and change and repair any broken tiles.
3. Spray all tiles and a few spare tiles with our moss and fungi sealant, which helps prevent re-growth.
4. Cut in all corners and then spray tiles with an undercoat.
5. Cut in all corners and then spray tiles with two colour top coats.
6. Add optional extra of flexi-bond pointing to hips and ridges.
7. All discarded materials are removed from site immediately after installation and the site is left clean and clear.

We highly recommend sealing your driveway, especially if you have block paving as after time water can penetrate beneath joint making the sand underneath the blocks un-stable, vehicles are a main reason for driveways becoming unstable due to the constant weight. Having your driveway sealed can prevent this as the sealent bonds with the sand particles making the jointing water tight, which enable underneath to stay dry and stable.

Application for Driveway cleaning:

1. Remove all loose dirt and leaves, with our petrol air blower/vac.
2. Clean driveway with our high pressure water jetter and 21" floor cleaner, which enables a more professional clean.
3. Make inspection of driveway and change or repair any broken blocks.
4. Re-sand joints with our dried kiln sand.
5. Clean off all existing sand with our petrol air blower/vac
6. Spray driveway with our moss and fungi sealant which prevents re-growth.
7. Seal driveway with our two coat resi-block sealant.
